The "Da Xue Shan" tea set from "Tea Line" is a unique blend of Shu and Sheng pu-erh teas, prepared from the leaves of ancient tea trees grown in the Da Xue Shan Mountains, located in Shuangjiang County, Mengku City, Yunnan Province. The set is created with a deep respect for nature, tradition, and craftsmanship.
The tea leaves were hand-picked from trees up to 200 years old. Some of the trees have trunks up to 100 cm thick and stand over 10 meters tall. Master Yan Wenjiao handled the leaf processing, and Master Zhang Dechun, with 19 years of experience, handled the fermentation. We oversaw the entire process, allowing us to create an honest, single-varietal pu-erh, unblended and undiluted.
Sheng pu-erh is vibrant, powerful, and multifaceted. Its flavor is woven from fruity and floral notes intertwined with notes of wild honey and wood resin. It activates qi energy, gently tones and inspires action, recharges and balances. This is a true pu-erh that comes alive with every brew.
Shu pu-erh is rich, full-bodied, and multifaceted. The flavor unfolds with notes of spices, nuts, wood resins, and meadow herbs. The infusion is clear, with a mesmerizing ruby-burgundy color. This tea is perfect for evening relaxation, meditation, and inner peace.
The Da Xue Shan set is more than just tea; it's a journey into the heart of Yunnan, a world of ancient trees and ancient traditions. It's ideal for collectors, pu-erh connoisseurs, and anyone seeking a true Chinese tea experience.
Each month, the tea changes, revealing new facets of flavor. This is an exclusive collector's item in stylish, international packaging. The cover features a Wa youth and woman sitting on an ancient tea tree on Mount Da Xue Shan—a symbol of the harmony between man and nature.
